On Monday, May 11 come learn about the various issues regarding water in Texas. Issues to be discussed will be the various uses of water, the different sources, how our groundwater is managed and what the future holds for water here in Texas. The speaker, Charlie Flatten, is the Water Resources Policy Manager at the Hill Country Alliance (HCA). HCA is a small non-profit group that represents the 17 counties of the 11 million acres of the Texas Hill Country.
